Colonel (Retired) Patrick A. Disney is a former brigade commander and proven leader who thrives in assisting complex organizations in reaching their full potential. He excels in the areas of supply chain operations, talent management, and improving organizational health and culture. Pat has a reputation of success in military and corporate sectors and is a subject matter expert in manufacturing, logistics, and world-wide distribution operations.

Pat retired from the Army in 2024 after 26 years of honorable service to our Nation. Over the past five years Pat has served as the senior staff logistician for an Army Division and Corps Headquarters, commanded the Army’s largest sustainment brigade, and performed executive officer duties for a Commanding General of a 4-Star Army Command. As the senior logistician for an Army Division, he established Modernization, Divestiture and Repairs Sites— a revolutionary change in how the Army processes excess equipment for lateral transfers to support the Army’s Organic Industrial Base.

Pat hails from Mountain Lakes, New Jersey; graduated from Elmira College and received a commission as a second lieutenant in the Transportation Corps in 1998. He earned Master’s Degrees in Adult and Continuing Education from Kansas State University and in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.

Throughout his nearly three decades of service, Pat served in assignments within the Army and Joint Force throughout the world and has had multiple combat tours in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM, and RESOLUTE SUPPORT. His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Distinguished Meritorious Service Medal, Combat Action Badge, Air Assault Badge and Parachutist Badge. He is a Distinguished Member of the Transportation Corps.

Pat is married to the former Kate Harrison, an Army Nurse Corps Veteran of 10 years. They have two children: Samuel and Jacob.

Lieutenant General (Retired) Donnie Walker served over 35 years in the Army, retiring in October 2022. As a U.S. Army General Officer, he has served in Army, Joint and Multinational command and staff positions with proven performance and experience directing logistics and facilities management in organizations ranging in size from up to 750,000 personnel and over $18 billion in operations. He is recognized as an out-front visionary, results driven leader, team player and team builder focused on objectives and goal accomplishment through innovation, intellect, and perseverance. Also possesses an in-depth knowledge and involvement with ongoing Department of Defense (DoD) Modernization.

General (Retired) Walker’s last assignment was as the Deputy Commanding General of the U.S. Army Materiel Command. In his role, he was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Army’s premier logistics enterprise. He also simultaneously served as the Senior Commander of Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Other previous Army assignments include Deputy Chief of Staff of Operations, G-3, U. S. Army Materiel Command; Commander of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command with duties as Deputy Commanding General-Sustainment, U. S. Army Central; Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4, U.S. Forces Command; Commanding General, 3rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) and 1st Theater Sustainment Command (Forward – Afghanistan); Director for the Strategy and Integration Directorate, G-4/5/7, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4; Commander of the 1st Sustainment Brigade and Chief of Staff, 1st Infantry Division; Director, Maintenance and Logistics Division, Center for Strategic Leadership; Commander of the 225th Forward Support Battalion and Division G-4, 25th Infantry Division.

Throughout his Army career he had multiple combat deployments in support of Operation DESERT SHIELD/STORM, Operation IRAQI FREEDOM, Operation IRAQI FREEDOM II, Operation NEW DAWN, Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and Operation RESOLUTE SUPPORT.
General (Retired) Walker received his Bachelor of Science from Auburn University in 1987. He earned Master’s Degrees in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and Military Arts and Sciences from the U.S. Army War College.
General (Retired) Walker is married to the former Hope McLeroy of Clay County, Alabama. The Walkers are blessed with three adult children: Hannah who resides in Manhattan, KS; Holly who lives in Birmingham, AL; and CPT Flem B. Walker III who is assigned to the 101st Airborne Division ( Air Assault), Fort Campbell, KY.

Major General (Retired) Stephen E. Farmen was commissioned in 1986 and served for 34 years in the Army, retiring in October 2020.  He currently serves as an Independent Consultant, Senior Advisor, and Board Member.

As a U.S. Army General Officer, he is recognized as a multi-faceted leader with extensive experience leading diverse, complex global organizations.  He has served on the Army Staff, the Joint Staff, and spent his entire tenure as a General Officer in command.  His five command assignments were each distinct.  Most recently, he commanded the Army Component of U.S. Transportation Command (Surface Deployment and Distribution Command) which projects and sustains the Armed Forces by executing surface distribution services and movements, which included global over ocean transport and seaport operations, and line haul truck services in the United States.  In his tenure at U.S. Army Security Assistance Command, he led an enterprise that executed a $181B international/foreign military sales portfolio, and while at Joint Munitions Command he led an ammunition enterprise that provided conventional munitions life cycle functions in support of all the Services (production, distribution, storage, and sales).  He also commanded the Expeditionary Sustainment Command that executed all logistics operations in support of U.S. Forces Korea and served as the 26th U.S Army Chief of Transportation & Commandant of the Transportation School responsible for education, training, leader development, and capability development and program integration.  From Desert Storm through the Global War on Terror, from tactical to strategic, he has led Soldiers and Civilians in war and peace across the full range of military operations.    

EDUCATION/AFFILIATIONS:
Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond, VA (Commissioned into the U.S. Army/Transportation Corps in 1986) and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.  He attended the Joint Forces Staff College and served as the first-ever U.S. Army War College Fellow at the Center for Transportation and Logistics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).  He is affiliated with the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) and National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) where he was recognized with the NDTA National Defense Leadership Award in October 2020.

Josh Ensign, is the owner of Ensign Operations Consulting.  Josh has over 25 years of experience managing the engineering, manufacturing and supply chain functions in high technology companies across multiple industries.  While Josh has a breadth of knowledge, his passion lies in building and scaling manufacturing companies. 

As Chief Operating Officer at Moxion Power, Josh oversees all engineering, IT, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, quality, safety, and field service functions. Prior to joining Moxion, Josh was President of Proterra Transit (NASDAQ: PTRA),  the leading US manufacturer of 100% battery electric buses and electric powertrains.  During his time at Proterra, he participated in an IPO that raised over $650M.  Josh also spent time as Proterra’s COO, where he designed, developed, and built two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in California, and significantly expanded operations in their South Carolina manufacturing facility.  A U.S. Army veteran and former executive of Honeywell International and Tesla Motors, Josh has led global operations for 45 factories in 15 countries and managed the supporting supply chains. As Vice President of Manufacturing at Tesla Motors, Josh was responsible for 7,000 employees and all manufacturing activities at the Fremont, CA, production site. This included the installation of the current Model S high volume production line, the launch of both the dual-motor platform and the Model X, and the establishment of Tesla’s new seat manufacturing facility.  Before Tesla, Ensign led global operations in Honeywell International’s automotive and aerospace businesses. Ensign has extensive functional experience in engineering, supply chain, logistics, purchasing and manufacturing. He has lived and operated abroad in Germany, Mexico, China and Switzerland.

Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Gonzaga University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
