Colonel (Retired) Patrick A. Disney is a former brigade commander and proven leader who thrives in assisting complex organizations in reaching their full potential. He excels in the areas of supply chain operations, talent management, and improving organizational health and culture. Pat has a reputation of success in military and corporate sectors and is a subject matter expert in manufacturing, logistics, and world-wide distribution operations.

Pat retired from the Army in 2024 after 26 years of honorable service to our Nation. Over the past five years Pat has served as the senior staff logistician for an Army Division and Corps Headquarters, commanded the Army’s largest sustainment brigade, and performed executive officer duties for a Commanding General of a 4-Star Army Command. As the senior logistician for an Army Division, he established Modernization, Divestiture and Repairs Sites— a revolutionary change in how the Army processes excess equipment for lateral transfers to support the Army’s Organic Industrial Base.

Pat hails from Mountain Lakes, New Jersey; graduated from Elmira College and received a commission as a second lieutenant in the Transportation Corps in 1998. He earned Master’s Degrees in Adult and Continuing Education from Kansas State University and in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.

Throughout his nearly three decades of service, Pat served in assignments within the Army and Joint Force throughout the world and has had multiple combat tours in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM, and RESOLUTE SUPPORT. His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Distinguished Meritorious Service Medal, Combat Action Badge, Air Assault Badge and Parachutist Badge. He is a Distinguished Member of the Transportation Corps.

Pat is married to the former Kate Harrison, an Army Nurse Corps Veteran of 10 years. They have two children: Samuel and Jacob.

Serving as the Army G4 for nearly 3 years, Duane led the resourcing and the logistics crisis response for all Army missions from 2019-2022, to include the Army’s response to the COVID 19 epidemic. He managed and oversaw a $12 Billion global logistics enterprise supporting a 1 Million Soldier Army operating in over 150 countries; developed and oversaw Army logistics policy that generated and maintained world-wide Army strategic readiness; developed, validated and defended the Army sustainment budget to Department of Defense and Congress, to include testifying to and informing congressional committees and elected officials; served as chairman of the (Fiduciary) board for the defense commissary agency (DeCA) board of directors; served as the Vice Chairman of the (advisory) Board for the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) board of directors; served as the vice chair of the (Advisory) board for the Army Organic Industrial Base Corporate Board of Directors; directly supervised 8 senior executives; and mentored and coached 74 Senior Army Logistics Leaders.

Duane’s other General Officer assignments include Commanding General of the US. Army Sustainment Command (ASC) and Commanding General of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command.

Duane retired in Spring 2022 and he continues to support servicemen and women and veterans through volunteer work as the President of the (Maryland) Eastern Shore Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA).

Major General (Retired) Stephen E. Farmen was commissioned in 1986 and served for 34 years in the Army, retiring in October 2020.  He currently serves as an Independent Consultant, Senior Advisor, and Board Member.

As a U.S. Army General Officer, he is recognized as a multi-faceted leader with extensive experience leading diverse, complex global organizations.  He has served on the Army Staff, the Joint Staff, and spent his entire tenure as a General Officer in command.  His five command assignments were each distinct.  Most recently, he commanded the Army Component of U.S. Transportation Command (Surface Deployment and Distribution Command) which projects and sustains the Armed Forces by executing surface distribution services and movements, which included global over ocean transport and seaport operations, and line haul truck services in the United States.  In his tenure at U.S. Army Security Assistance Command, he led an enterprise that executed a $181B international/foreign military sales portfolio, and while at Joint Munitions Command he led an ammunition enterprise that provided conventional munitions life cycle functions in support of all the Services (production, distribution, storage, and sales).  He also commanded the Expeditionary Sustainment Command that executed all logistics operations in support of U.S. Forces Korea and served as the 26th U.S Army Chief of Transportation & Commandant of the Transportation School responsible for education, training, leader development, and capability development and program integration.  From Desert Storm through the Global War on Terror, from tactical to strategic, he has led Soldiers and Civilians in war and peace across the full range of military operations.    

EDUCATION/AFFILIATIONS:
Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond, VA (Commissioned into the U.S. Army/Transportation Corps in 1986) and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.  He attended the Joint Forces Staff College and served as the first-ever U.S. Army War College Fellow at the Center for Transportation and Logistics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).  He is affiliated with the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) and National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) where he was recognized with the NDTA National Defense Leadership Award in October 2020.

Colonel (Retired) Renee M. Richardson is a passionate team-builder and strategic leader, adept in coaching and inspiring multifunctional teams to creatively solve tough acquisition challenges. She is a staunch believer in continuous process improvement in all aspects of work and adept in coaching teams through change. She leverages her technical background and leadership skills to lead through all facets of the acquisition process—unsolicited proposals, requirement definition, acquisition strategy, pricing, source selections, and performance oversight. She is an expert in coaching businesses to navigate the complex government acquisition landscape. She excels at providing business advice to industry to win and excel at providing critical services to the Government. She has a wide breadth of military and corporate experience. She is an adept advisor in all facets of acquisition. Renee leverages her 30+ years of experience in intelligence and acquisition to provide mission-focused guidance to industry executive leaders. She is the President of RMR Consulting, LLC and supports Daly Consulting & Logistics, LLC.

Renee retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2017 after honorably serving our nation for 34 years. After retiring as a Colonel, Renee served as a civil servant in the Senior Executive Service (SES). She served in many leadership roles including the Senior Contracting Official for Pacific Command, the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Chief of Staff, and Commander for  DCMA Middle East. In her final assignment, as an SES, she served as the Executive Director for Air Force Installation Contracting Agency. In this role, she was responsible for daily operations and contracting authority for AF Operational units and the Air Force’s 55 billion dollar spend.

Throughout her career, Renee served in various leadership assignments within Air Force units throughout the world and has had multiple combat tours in support of Kosovo United Nations Operations, Operations DESERT SHIELD/STORM, and IRAQI FREEDOM. Her decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal with one oak leaf cluster, Meritorious Service Medal with four oak leaf clusters.

Renee was born and raised near Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Farmington High School in 1984. She attended the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned her Bachelor’s Degree and commission in the Active Duty Air Force in 1988. She earned  Master’s Degrees in Psychology (Angelo State University), Acquisition (Webster University), Military Science (Air University), and Political Science (Duke University).

Renee lives in the Florida Panhandle and is the proud mother of Liam. She volunteers, with her Border Collie, for Bay County Search and Rescue K9 Team and is also a volunteer for Bear Creek Feline Center (a permanent home to displaced Bobcats, Florida Panthers, African Servals, and Siberian Lynx).

Sam Floyd is a global strategic sourcing executive and a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, known for a unique blend of military leadership and private sector acumen. He is acclaimed for improving working capital, driving operational excellence, and accelerating business transformation by strategically aligning departments and stakeholders.  He possesses notable business acumen and expertise negotiating contracts, winning deals, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading business transformation and successful turnarounds of underperforming departments through strategic alignment with all stakeholders.

In the private sector, Sam has assumed various leadership positions, including President of GBC Food Services, Vice President of Business Development at Ecolog International, Vice President and General Manager at ACCL International, Senior Program Manager/Consultant at Akima, Senior Director of Strategy and Program Management at enVista, Vice President of Supply Chain for Contingency Operations at DynCorp International (now part of Amentum), and Vice President of Supply Chain and Executive Director of Operations at Fluor Corporation.

His significant accomplishments include: expanding GBC Food Services from 350 to 800 store locations, boosting revenue from $100M to over $229M (129% increase), and growing the corporate staff from 25 to over 100 key personnel within 9 months; leading an International Procurement Team to secure government contracts worth a combined $1.2B; negotiating 108 vital subcontracts worth $350M in support of DynCorp International; overseeing global sourcing and procurement across 16 countries, including challenging and hostile environments, from Dubai and Fort Worth offices, culminating in the award of $1B in contracts; slashing costs by more than $810K through vendor alignment and enhanced delivery and shipment processes; cutting costs by over $13M via stringent service agreement negotiations; guiding a Procurement Capture Team to secure large, complex contracts valued at more than $1.2B; reclaiming $25M through operational efficiencies and improved material handling; elevating On-Time Delivery (OTD) from 74% to 87% within a year through process enhancements; and boosting the first pass yield for procurement packages by over 20%.

Sam’s military postings span Fort Benning, GA, Oahu, Hawaii, Stuttgart, Germany, Vicenza, Italy, Ipswich, England, Fort Eustis, VA, Fort Leavenworth, KS, Camp Red Cloud, Casey, and Seoul, South Korea, and Washington D.C., where he served as Military Aide to the President (2005 to 2007), and Fort Belvoir, Virginia. His service also includes Operations Joint Endeavor, Iraqi Freedom, and the Enduring Freedom conflicts.  Sam completed the Army Infantry Officer’s Basic Course, the Army Airborne and Air Assault Schools, the U.S. Army Transportation Officer’s Advanced Course, and the Command and General Staff College. He is a member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) and the National Defense Transportation Association.

He earned a Master of Business Administration from Central Michigan University’s College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois. He is certified in ProSci Change Management and skilled in CPM, CRM, Salesforce, and Six Sigma methodologies.
